Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Caitlin C. Walker (Dr. C) has supported under-resourced communities in Texas for over a decade. ​In addition to founding a social impact focused coaching and consulting company, she has held senior and executive leadership positions in civic engagement, healthcare, tech, and business leadership organizations.

As the founder and president of Levántatech, she is committed to building equity in educational and economic opportunities for the Latina community and to developing prepared workforces and flourishing economies.

Dr. C holds her clinical doctorate in physical therapy, an MBA, a graduate certificate in learning design and technology, and multiple human resource management certifications. She is currently conducting research on sustainability education beliefs and practices and is pursuing her doctorate in law (JD).
