Dr. Caitlin C. Walker

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Caitlin C. Walker (Dr. C) has supported under-resourced communities in Texas for over a decade. ​In addition to founding social impact focused coaching and consulting companies, she has held senior and executive leadership positions in civic engagement, healthcare, tech, and business leadership organizations.

As the founder and president of Levántatech, she is committed to building equity in educational and economic opportunities for the Latina community and to developing prepared workforces and flourishing economies.

Dr. C holds her clinical doctorate in physical therapy, an MBA, and a graduate certificate in learning design and technology.
